21 miles in a different setting.

21 miles was ran today at the Wooster Indoor Track. That's 146 lap on the outside lane of a 200 meter track. I thought that with being a little on the weak side after my being sick, it would be best to do this in a more controlled enviroment. A treadmill at home would have been more controlled, but I would have ended up with Brittany Spears doing that. I was pleased to do the run fairly well and feel confident that I will be able to survive 31 miles next week at Psycho Wyco 50 km in Kansas.

WOW, 21 miles on an indoor track is impressive! My best is 10.

Josh.....
That is the first time I have done that on an indoor track. I have done 9 miles when doing repeats (intervals) during the winter when doing my marathon prep. I always do a 1 mile warm up and cool down with the intervals. 7X1mile.
I saw your blog the other day you did 10 miles on the indoor track. That's still a lot of times around the 200 meter track. Good for mental prep.
