Today I ran a run from the Forest Headquarters, where I lived at one time. The run was 5 miles, but I had logged many of miles of this run when I was a true road runner. It is all on asphalt, but in a serene setting.
I ran this run with many of high schoolers who at the time went to Clearfork High School. Anyone recognize the lead dog (or colt)? He has been mentioned in this blog before and even has had a photo in here. Kinda of ranger like/real or imagined.
Today I entered the Psycho Wyco 50 KM Trail Race in Kansas. Hope to get my butt in shape by then. I am a little out of shape and slightly unmotivated. It must be the time of the year.
